My impact is going to be how technology mainly hand held devices are effecting teens in their everyday lives. There is both a good and bad impact with this. I'm going to go with the bad impact. Focusing on how people get so drawn in to their devices it almost takes them out of reality. We are losing human empathy, our devices have us so focused on our selves we care less about others. Casualties of this are car accidents. People become so focused on sending a message to communicate to someone else or changing music, that typing letters on little keypad at the time become more important then realizing your driving a 3 ton piece of machinery that could endanger the lives of others without proper use. Most of these accidents statistically are caused by people of the age range of 17-20.
